Anne Taylor joined the National Security College in November 2018 and brings to the College over 20 years experience in learning and development.

Throughout her professional career Anne has been responsible for managing and implementing a wide range of organisational learning and development strategies within the Australian Defence Force (ADF), Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Australian National University.

Professionally Anne holds both a Master and Bachelor of Education in Adult Education, a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), a Diploma of Training and Assessment and extensive experience in human resource development and organisational learning.

Anne served in the Royal Australian Air Force and has experience in occupational and future acquisition training needs analysis, training design and development, facilitation and evaluation, and managing Education and Training teams. Anne is a member of the Australasian Evaluation Society.
