In an uncertain world, national security is of increasing importance. From terrorism to social cohesion and foreign interference, from cyber security to critical infrastructure, from military matters to diplomacy, economics, and the environment – there seems hardly an issue without a national security dimension. Security remains the first duty of government. But in a connected world, it must involve the private sector and civil society too.

The National Security College invites Australian students who would like to work in the national security community to hear directly from Government departments and agencies about what they are looking for. An exciting new scholarship opportunity will also be announced during the event.
