Payment or invoice authorisation should occur at the time of nomination. Nominations are accepted up until the first day of the course, subject to availability. For courses requiring a security clearance, one working day is required to confirm the clearance. A transfer to another program is not available.

Payment for market-based executive development programs or additional seats on pre-allocated programs and courses

Payment or invoice authorisation should occur at the time of nomination. Nominations are accepted up until the first day of the course, subject to availability. Use of discount course vouchers

Where the NSC sells a discount course voucher; the voucher is spent when applied to a course nomination. The cancellation policy relevant to that course applies. Vouchers have an expiry date and must be used by that date. The vouchers are sold for courses, which commence before the expiry date of the voucher. However, the NSC may consider accepting a voucher for a later course date (e.g. where a preferred course is not available earlier). A discount voucher can also be used to pay towards a high fee course. The NSC will invoice for the price difference (e.g. if a two-day voucher is used towards a three-day course, the NSC will invoice for the one-day gap between fees). While a discount voucher can also be applied towards a shorter course, there is no refund.

Bespoke programs (purchase or reservation of whole courses)

Once booked, 50% the fee is payable unless four-weeks’ notice is provided or the course is rescheduled by mutual agreement. If less than two weeks’ notice is provided, 100% of the fee payable. Losses from irrecoverable costs will also be charged (e.g. travel deposit or cancellation fees). Where the client reschedules a course, the NSC may invoice for any additional costs. For a rescheduled course, where less than 20 working days’ notice is provided, the NSC reserves the right to bill for related staff costs. If rescheduling occurs with less than two weeks’ notice, a fee of 25% may be charged.
