Women, peace and security NEW
Summary
This program will provide participants the opportunity to develop an understanding of the women peace and security (WPS) agenda, its importance and policy makers’ role in its implementation. Developed in close collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the program will explain the history and principles underpinning the WPS agenda, outline the roles that participants (and their agencies) play in implementing Australia’s WPS framework, and discuss the practical examples of how WPS applies in contemporary scenarios.
No security clearance required.
Cost per person (ex-GST): $2,250 for PAC Agencies; $2,700 for all others
